A Michel / Adrianus Miolee / Molnar / Paul Morchain

OK. it is old (1848) , somewhat damaged but what
a craftsmanship can be admired here. Not only
concentrated on the flowers but on the leaves as well!
Luckily enough not placed in the obligatory vase
but placed in "freedom"  on this painting!
Oil on canvas. Dimensions: 24 / 33 cm.

We tried to "clear up"  the signature but it remains a
difficult task to determine what is written. Anyway
"Michel" 1848" but the signature has a prefix as
well. Probably the prefix  "A"? Auguste Francois
Michel, a Belgium painter who was born in 1789?

Adrianus Miolée (1879 - 1961)

This painting has been sold being painted by J. Fons
what should be another name for Löbker. However
the signature is false as we've allready expected.
This must be a work from one of the post impressionistic
working painters in the well known The Hague School
style. Problem is that there are different "smaller" masters
that were able to produce a painting like this so the
real name will be a bit of a problem.
We were thinking in the direction of Adrianus Miolée
who catched more than often a dreamy kind of light
with yellow, orange and purple in it.
Oil on canvas. Dimensions 40 / 50 cm.

Molnar

We liked this evening village rendition, probably from an
eat european painter. It could be Hungarian or from Tsjechy?
The light certainly is there but not everyone likes these
color mix. Oil on canvas. Dimensions: 30 / 40 cm.

For investigators is presented here the signature found
on this painting. It has been obviously made in 1978.

Paul Morchain

This french artist is well known in France for his marines.
On this painting the effects of the sunlight nearby and
in the distance are really smooth.
Oil on canvas. Dimensions: 50 - 65 cm.
